The developer

Northern Vision Development LP (NVD) is one of Yukon’s leading real estate companies. A private real estate partnership established in 2004 with a mandate to acquire properties with strong growth prospects in Whitehorse, Yukon, NVD has since expanded its scope with investments in Carcross and Dawson City, Yukon. NVD is proud to be over 34% First Nations owned and almost 60% Yukon owned. NVD stands behind the quality of every project it undertakes, and continually strives to set a new standard in real estate development in Canada’s North.

The architect

Abugov Kaspar is a leading Calgary-based full-service commercial architecture firm, with nearly three decades of successful projects spanning a wide range of building types. The company’s practice reaches from Western Canada to the United States, Russia, the Czech Republic, Taiwan, and many other places. Abugov Kaspar’s architectural style considers the fundamental ways in which buildings create place, inside and out. The design of River’s Reach II perfectly complements the natural beauty of its Yukon River setting and NVD’s nearby Waterfront Place community.
